X2 Midday SupervisorHighgate Primary School Fixed Term until 23rd August 2026 5 hours per week (38 weeks, term time only) Grade 4, Pts 5 to 6 (£2,795 to £2,817 Start Date: ASAPApplication Close Date: 9am, Monday 20th October 2025 Provisional Interview Date: Wk commencing 20th October 2025Are you someone who loves working with children and wants to make a difference?An exciting opportunity has arisen for two individuals to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Highgate Primary School as Midday Supervisor on a fixed term basis until 23rd August 2025 for 5 hours a week. You will be required to work from Monday-Friday from 12pm to 1pm, term time only. We are seeking a dedicated and caring Midday Supervisor to join our primary school team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our young people during lunch breaks, supervising them in the dining hall and playground. Duties include assisting with meals, managing children's behaviour, and supervising and facilitating play outside. Strong communication skills, friendly, approachable manner are essential for this role.This is an excellent time to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Highgate Primary School, as we continue to work collaboratively to deliver a high quality education and meaningful experiences to our children and young people. The ideal candidate will:• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with children and staff members. • Behaviour Management: Skilled in managing and guiding children's behaviour positively. • Problem-solving Skills: Quick thinking and ability to handle unexpected situations calmly. • Patience and Empathy: Understanding and patient with children, showing empathy and care. • Approachable and Friendly: A warm and friendly person that makes children feel comfortable. • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
