Are you experienced in creating a positive, well-structured learning environment?An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Eastfield Primary School as a Learning Support Assistant on a part time fixed term basis until 23rd August 2026. You will be required to work 3 days per week for 5.5 hours per day.As a Learning Support you will: • Support for Children with Additional Needs: Provide tailored scaffolding to help pupils access learning and thrive emotionally and socially. • Teaching and Learning: Collaborate with teachers to enhance classroom experiences and adapt strategies to individual needs. • Behaviour and Wellbeing: Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive school environment. • Empowered School Culture: Join a team where staff are trusted to lead, innovate, and make a meaningful impact.
