We are seeking a House Coordinator to join us on a bank contract working in one of our day or boarding houses as and when required; supporting the health and welfare of the pupils in our care. This is a varied role that requires a calm, friendly, and flexible approach.
The successful candidate will have a good sense of humour and an understanding of, and genuine interest in, working with young people. You should be a good listener, able to show tact and diplomacy, and respond sensitively to a range of situations.
Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and the wider College community. A flexible ‘can-do’ attitude and an adaptable approach are important in managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the role.
