Would you like to support fantastic lunchtimes at Broomfield?An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Broomfield Primary School as a Midday Supervisor for 6.25 hours per week on a permanent basis. We are a welcoming, popular and ambitious school and we value the impact that a positive lunchtime has on our children’s learning and achievements in school.
We are looking for a Midday Supervisor to join our team who is:• Enthusiastic and passionate. • Patient and a good communicator with children of all Primary School ages. • Able to support positive play and activities at lunchtime. • Flexible and able to work well as part of a team.
This is an excellent time to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Broomfield Primary School, as we continue to work collaboratively to deliver a high quality education and meaningful experiences to our children and young people. The ideal candidate will: • Be a compassionate staff member who possesses the invaluable skill of actively listening to children’s concerns and problems. • Have the natural ability to build positive relationships with children. • Someone who enjoys playing games and can create a fun and engaging environment. • Be a team player with good communication skills • Be kind and have a caring nature and someone who can assist with practical aspects
