Hours: 6.25hrs a week (1.25hrs per day from 11.30am – 12.45pm), 38 weeks per year (term time only)
Start date: On or before 3rd November 2025
The Governing Body of The Pear Tree Federation wishes to appoint a permanent midday supervisor commencing on the 3rd November 2025. The successful candidates will be awarded a joint federation contract however will be predominantly based in Tongwynlais Primary. The post will be for 6.25 hours a week (1.25 hours per day from 11.30am – 12.45pm) over a 38 week period.
The role is as detailed in the job description and person specification, involves the supervision of the children in the dining hall, their classrooms and also on the playground. We need someone who is flexible, patient and able to communicate well but most of all, enjoys working with children.
The Pear Tree Federation is totally committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of its children. We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Recruitment for this post will be underpinned by rigorous ‘safer recruitment’ process to ensure that children are protected.
