Under the direction on the Operations Support Manager, the Clinical Administration Team lead 1 will lead and coordinate the efficient and effective service delivery and achievement of practice objectives for the Clinical Administration Team 1. The Team Leader will create a positive, patient-centred team culture and whilst leading by example, will promote best practices, and contribute to continuous service improvement across practice operations.
