Crynodeb
The nurse will promote their professional role in accordance with the NMC code of Professional Conduct & ensure that all Practice policies and protocols are complied with. To assist with the care of patients physical, personal, psychological and social needs, ensuring that a high standard of patient care is achieved and carried out within a safe work environment. To assist in providing comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and evaluations of patient care. To participate in the identification, monitoring and evaluation of patient care needs to provide accurate information for the planning and delivery of care. To participate in training opportunities and appraisal as provided, to ensure skills and competence are maintained, developed and updated to promote improved patient care and staff development. To develop effective relationships with staff, patients and relatives in the pursuit of a high standard of patient care and to help identify ways in which patientcare can be improved
