Position: Registered Manager (Children’s Home)
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Excellent added benefits
Hours: Full time
Rizq Recruit is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a beautifully presented 2-bed children’s home. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a safe, nurturing, and stable environment where young people can thrive.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:
• Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care.
• Foster a safe, nurturing home that promotes emotional and social growth.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and uphold care excellence.
• Champion a positive, safeguarding-focused home culture.
• Collaborate with families, professionals, and agencies to support each child’s development.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, health & safety, and budgeting.
Requirements as a Registered Manager:
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Care (or working towards)
• UK Driving licence
• Previous Registered Manager experience within Children’s setting
