Glen Group are seeking a highly motivated, Permanent, Full-Time Cleaning Area Manager to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with experience in People Management, Scheduling and Client Relations, looking to progress their career within a supportive company.
Your portfolio of clients will consist in the Torbay, Exeter, Totnes and surrounding areas'.
Key Responsibilities:
• Completion of site audits to ensure standards are consistently achieved.
• Training and development of our valued employees.
• Accurate completion of Timegate wages system.
• Managing school cleaning contracts across the Torbay, Exeter, and Totnes areas.
• Scheduling and supporting mobile cleaners to deliver effective cover and support.
• Organising and overseeing periodical work.
• Managing client expectations and building strong working relationships.
What we offer:
• Starting salary of £32,000 per annum.
