Full Time | Temporary (6 months)
Start Date: ASAP
40 hours per week Rota given | Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm)
Our client, a leading supplier in their sector, is seeking a Forklift / Warehouse Operative to join their team based in Carmarthen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual looking for long-term, full-time work with immediate start available.
As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock and deliveries

Accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch or collection

Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if required)

Keeping the warehouse and yard clean, tidy, and safe at all times

Assisting customers with loading goods, offering friendly and professional service

Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or damages
-
Supporting general operations across the store when needed
We're looking for someone who is:

✔️ Comfortable working in a physically active, hands-on role
✔️ A team player who can also work independently when needed
✔️ Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
✔️ Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and weekend rotas
✔️ Experienced in a warehouse, retail or agricultural environment (desirable)
✔️ Holder of a Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential or highly desirable)
✔️ Knowledgeable in agricultural products (beneficial but not essential)
✔️ Health & safety conscious
