The role:
We are seeking a Service Manager who can oversee the service delivery for vulnerable adults, ensuring our support remains inclusive, person-centred and impactful.
This role is perfect for someone currently in a supervisory or senior support position, looking to take on greater responsibility, develop leadership skills and influence service development at a higher level.
If you're passionate about making a real difference, ready to step up and lead and eager to drive positive change, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
• Oversee and manage the delivery of services within a specific area, ensuring they meet the needs of the community.
• Provide direction and support to teams within your locality, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high-quality care and support.
• Collaborate with the Head of Service to implement service improvements and innovations that enhance the client experience.
• Build strong connections within the local community, promoting our services and advocating for inclusivity.
• Monitor and evaluate service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and continuous improvement.
About you:
• You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in supporting adults or children with autism, mental health challenges, learning disabilities, or behaviours that challenge.
• You are a natural leader with excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
• You are compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those you support.
• You are able to commute to Harrow and are committed to being an active and engaged member of our team.
