Following the success of its first sites in Oxfordshire and Bristol, a third site in Manchester is currently underway and a further ten locations are already earmarked as part of the immediate expansion plan to forge a new ‘budget-luxe’ sector in the travel and leisure industry.

Mollie’s is now looking for a Back of House Logistics Assistant looking to build a successful career with an inventive, high growth brand at the forefront of the hospitality sector.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Assits the day-to-day running of all BOH areas across Mollie’s and Soho House.
• Coordinate all deliveries, ensuring items are checked, recorded, and placed in the correct storage areas.
• Monitor stock movement and adherence to manual handling and stock management policies.
• Ensure BOH areas are clean, safe, and compliant with company standards at all times.

Security & Access Control
• Oversee staff check-in and check-out procedures.
• Monitor and support site security, including contractor access and movement within the property.
• Ensure BOH security procedures are consistently followed.

Waste & Contractor Management
• Oversee waste management procedures, ensuring safe, compliant, and sustainable disposal.
• Manage contractors entering and leaving the property, liaising with relevant departments to ensure safety and efficiency.

Communication & Liaison

• Ensure consistent communication with both teams to align processes, standards, and expectations.
