Crynodeb
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients attending outpatient and elective clinics across various specialties. Support consultants and clinicians during assessments, procedures, and post-treatment care. Prepare and maintain clinical areas and equipment in line with infection prevention and control and governance standards. Undertake patient observations, record accurate clinical data, and ensure effective documentation. Administer medications and assist with procedures in accordance with NMC and local policy. Offer reassurance and support to patients and families, maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient clinic operations and excellent patient experience. Adhere to all Outpatient Network and NHS governance, safeguarding, and health and safety requirements. Participate in mandatory training, audit, and continuing professional development to maintain competence and quality of care.
