Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
• Craft and execute HR strategies aligned with the 2021–2025 Strategic Plan, fostering organisational growth and adaptability.
• Ensure HR supports expansion, including new locations like Stratford and evolving program offerings .
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract educators, administrators, and support staff who embody IC Training’s values.
• Manage seamless onboarding processes that immerse staff into the Centre’s inclusive, excellence-driven culture.
3. Performance & Development Management
• Champion staff development frameworks that elevate teaching standards and learner outcomes (e.g., Excellence KPIs) .
• Design and oversee effective performance tracking, review processes, and continuous professional development.
4. Cultural Stewardship
• Embed values—Excellence, Flexibility, Social Responsibility, Diversity & Inclusion, Respect—into daily practices, team dynamics, and HR policies.
• Promote wellbeing initiatives, such as access to mental health resources and supportive management .
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Requirement Details
Education Educated to degree level
Experience 2+ years’ experience in a Manager role—ideally within education or training sectors. Proven experience leading HR strategies.
Key Competencies Strong strategic thinking, interpersonal communication, policy development, and employee relations acumen.
Values Alignment Demonstrated commitment to excellence, inclusion, respect, flexibility, and community impact.
Accreditation Knowledge Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ASIC, ISO, Investors in People) is advantageous.
