Crynodeb
The Role Assist the Practice Manager and department leads in overseeing daily operations within the Surgery. Supporting the opening and closing of the Surgery. Responsible for all clinical rotas and ensuring adequate cover and arranging locums when required. Responsible for coordinating medical students timetables and inductions. Liaising with third parties for room rentals and room rotas. Ensuring accurate and effective use of SystmOne, including reporting and data management. Supporting the practice with achieving QOF targets by management of long-term condition invites and recalls. Overseeing and monitoring finance tasks such as invoicing, payroll support, and budget monitoring. Supporting the Admin Lead and team with Administrative tasks and pathways. Covering in the Admin team when required. Support and conduct staff training and development. Helping drive improvements in patient care and service delivery. Ensure clinical compliance with CQC and NHS England protocols. Manage patient complaints in guidance with NHS England guidelines.
