Job Summary:
Hotto Potto Ltd is recruiting a Business Support Manager to strengthen day-to-day operations and back-office coordination for our busy hospitality business in central London. You will support reporting, supplier liaison and process improvement across teams, working closely with operations and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee internal administrative and operational processes to keep daily restaurant operations running smoothly.
– Maintain and update reporting systems (sales, inventory and supplier performance).
– Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
– Prepare performance and compliance reports for senior management.
– Support onboarding and training documentation for new staff when needed.
– Liaise with external partners (suppliers, accountants, marketing agencies) to support business functions.
– Monitor and troubleshoot operational systems (POS terminals, order tablets and back-office tools) to reduce downtime.
– Assist in planning and implementing system or process improvements to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operations/support role; hospitality experience preferred.
– Strong organisational and analytical skills; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
– Confident with digital systems (POS, Excel and basic reporting tools).
– Experience with supplier communication, record management or staff training support.
– Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.
– Fluency in English required; additional language skills are beneficial.
