Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Promotions Planner role for a retail food company based in London. The retail group is committed to providing the consumer with a varied assortment of luxury and modern groceries, as well as traditional and modern street food. They are seeking a person with relevant skills with authorisation to work in UK to fill this role.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in both Mandarin and English with strong communication and customer service capabilities.
Demonstrates solid knowledge of East and Southeast Asian food and beverage products.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Flexible availability during peak business hours, including evenings and weekends.
Legally eligible to work in the UK and able to commute or relocate to London.
Skilled in analysing promotional sales data, extracting market insights, and presenting data-driven strategies to management.
Highly organised with effective time management to meet tight promotional deadlines.
Possesses a deep understanding of customer shopping behaviour and the retail landscape to develop impactful and targeted promotion
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate promotional activities across digital and in-store channels to enhance brand visibility and drive sales, including store visits to ensure accurate merchandising and event execution.
Collaborate with purchasing teams and product promoters to align promotional efforts with broader business objectives.
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and optimise sales.
Manage logistics and budgets for promotions, covering distribution, pricing, terms, and merchandising.
Build and maintain supplier relationships to strengthen promotional impact.
Handle customer enquiries across all platforms to ensure a consistent and responsive service experience.
