- Ensure that pupils stay on task and follow school rules.
- Provide general classroom support, assisting with activities and learning resources.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils.Essential Requirements- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour and support pupils’ individual needs.
