Crynodeb
Roles and responsibilities Acting as a key liaison between all employers, training providers and local authority partners in the NWL Academy to ensure joint working arrangements relating to the Midwifery agenda. Delivering the pastoral and educational curriculum for Internationally Educated Midwives (IEMs) appointed to North West London. Responsible for the delivery of a Midwifery OSCE programme on behalf of the Academy and lead on the delivery of the training. Playing a key role in supporting the orientation of IEMs during the initial arrivals and lead on a sector level induction in collaboration with Trust partners Partnership working with colleagues across the ICB to develop new innovative ways to support to midwives and partners through OSCE and relevant clinical education training.
