Crynodeb
The post holder will be an experienced practitioner who works within their professional boundaries to provide care for patients through initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. The role of the ANP will be to support the Partners and other clinicians and healthcare professionals within the practice to deliver a full range of primary care services to our patients.
