Main Aim of the Job
The Brand Executive will primarily focus on Digital Marketing activities and website management. They will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, manage the website and execute digital marketing strategies through our social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Principal Performance Objectives
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and email.
• Manage and update the Muraspec website, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
• Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to refine and improve digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and effective communication.
• Liaise with management to plan and execute events and activities in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in digital marketing and WordPress website management, with a minimum of 2 years.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other editing tools for creating artwork and engaging digital content.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practices.
• Knowledge of marketing material production (merchandise) and supplier negotiations.
Travel & Workplace Environment
Based at Hemel Hempstead, but occasional travel to the production site in East Peckham, Kent.
Key Skills
Collaborative skills: As the Brand Executive, you will have to collaborate with multiple teams across the business. This includes Design, Sales and Production.
Communication Skills: The ability to speak and write to a high standard is essential. The Brand Executive will frequently have to write engaging copy for various marketing channels.
Research Skills: Analysis of data is part of this role in order to gain insight into customer needs.
