Support Workers – Complex Mental Health Service
Location: Stafford | Salary:£12.30 to £12.60 per hour (weekly pay)
We are seeking enthusiastic, and proactive Support Workers to join our complex mental health service. Work with vulnerable individuals, supporting daily living, personal care, and fostering independence in a dynamic, challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on support with daily tasks, including meal preparation and personal care
• Manage complex behaviours safely using Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) skills
• Encourage independence, confidence, and community engagement
• Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans
Requirements:
• CPI trained (essential)
• Energetic, proactive, and solution-focused
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
