SALARY: £17.22 per Hour + Benefits
LOCATION: Canary Wharf, Central London (E14)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Day Shift, 7am to 7pm, 4on, 4off Shift Pattern (48 Hours per Week)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Control Room Supervisor / CCTV Security Operations Centre Team Leader with proven control room experience and the ability to manage incident response effectively.
As a Control Room Supervisor / CCTV Security Operations Centre Team Leader you will lead a small team of 4 security officers to monitor CCTV, coordinate patrols and ensure risks are managed professionally, including protest activity.
Working in a high-profile setting, the Control Room Supervisor / CCTV Security Operations Centre Team Leader will be confident under pressure, able to provide accurate reporting and support officers in maintaining site safety and protection.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Control Room Supervisor / CCTV Security Operations Centre Team Leader include:
• Staff The Control Room: Operate CCTV, alarms, radios, telephones and key distribution systems
• Coordinate Officers: Direct patrols and assist in incident management with the Manager
• Incident Recording: Maintain accurate logs and write clear, concise reports
• Professional Interaction: Liaise with clients, colleagues and visitors in a professional manner
• Training And Development: Support training for new officers and complete assessment forms
• Crisis Management: Take calm, decisive action in challenging or emergency situations
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in a corporate control room environment
• Experience with CCTV operations and crisis management
• CCTV SIA Licence required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong IT skills including Outlook and reporting systems
• Ability to act calmly under pressure and make sound decisions
• Flexible to work days, nights and weekends on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
• Knowledge of Timegate system advantageous
• Attention to detail with strong report writing skills
• Capable of handling confidential and sensitive information
