Exciting, brand new permanent opportunity to join our very successful, innovative client based in Tewkesbury. The company is impressively profitable with big expansion plans and can offer excellent career opportunities!

Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Internal Sales Executive to join the expanding team in a supportive and fun working environment. This role offers a varied mix of sales support, customer relationship management, and project estimating.

Working closely with the external sales team, you will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing client accounts, and following up on proposals to secure orders. This position is well-suited to someone who enjoys both technical detail and customer engagement, and who is keen to build a career in sales with a strong technical foundation.

Responsibilities:
- Quotations & Estimating – Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, considering project requirements, drawings, and specifications.
- Customer Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication throughout the sales process.
- Follow-Up & Conversion – Actively follow up on quotations and proposals to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Sales Support – Work in partnership with the external sales team to provide technical input and ensure a smooth handover of projects.
- Supplier & Subcontractor Liaison – Obtain and compare supplier quotes, ensuring materials and services are sourced cost-effectively.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping – Maintain clear and organized records of estimates, proposals, and client communications.
- Technical & Commercial Awareness – Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity to support sales growth.
- Occasional Site Visits – Attend project sites as required to gather information for accurate pricing and proposals.

Candidate Attributes:
- Clear, confident, and professional in both written and verbal communication.
- Able to build rapport and trust with clients, with a genuine interest in developing long-term relationships.
- Comfortable interpreting drawings and technical information to produce accurate quotations.
- Quick to identify challenges and suggest practical solutions.
- Positive, collaborative, and willing to contribute to wider company success.

Salary: £30-35k basic + bonus and generous commission + 25 days holiday + bank holidays!

Hours: Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 5.30pm
