Location: Birmingham
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long-term / Ongoing
Project Duration: 10-Year Live Hospital Project
Rates: Competitive - Based on Experience & Certification
We are currently recruiting experienced Fire Stoppers to join a major, long-term hospital redevelopment project. This is a 10-year ongoing programme on a live healthcare site, requiring skilled professionals who meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
Roles Available:
* Batt and mastic installers
* Fire curtain specialists
* Compound/fire barrier installers
* Intumescent sealant applicators
* General passive fire protection operatives
Requirements:
* Proven fire stopping experience
* Valid CSCS NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection
* Own tools and PPE
* Must be able to pass a DBS (criminal background) check
* Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
* Experience working in live environments preferred - especially hospitals or healthcare settings
* Professional attitude, with strong attention to detail and safety compliance
About the Project:
You will be part of a long-term, phased hospital redevelopment programme running over the next 10 years. Work is taking place in a live hospital environment, so strict protocols around hygiene, noise, and disruption must be followed at all times.
