Salary: £47,810 - £50,273 (Band 7 equivalent, based on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 - part time also available.

As a Lead Speech & Language Therapist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality care for patients with complex neurological conditions. This position is based at a hospital in Tonbridge, Kent. Hybrid working patterns are available, with set working times across weekdays.

  • Leading and developing a high-performing Speech & Language Therapy team
  • Delivering advanced assessments and treatment for complex communication and swallowing needs
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create personalised care pathways
  • Driving service development, audits, and research initiatives
  • Providing expert training and mentorship to SLT and wider clinical teams
  • Managing clinical risk and ensuring compliance with national standards and governance
