Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 - part time also available.

As a Lead Speech & Language Therapist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality care for patients with complex neurological conditions. This position is based at a hospital in Tonbridge, Kent. Hybrid working patterns are available, with set working times across weekdays.

- Leading and developing a high-performing Speech & Language Therapy team

- Providing expert training and mentorship to SLT and wider clinical teams
