Nursery Educator (Level 3) – Tooting SW17 / Wandsworth SW18
Salary: £28,800 – £30,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week, between 7.30am – 6pm

With settings across London, Brighton & Hove, Worthing, and Cambridge, this award-winning nursery offers a bespoke curriculum inspired by Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Forest School philosophies – providing children with the best start in life.
We are now looking for passionate, qualified, and experienced Nursery Educators (Level 3) to join their team in Tooting (SW17) and Wandsworth (SW18).

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 6 months – 5 years
Deliver engaging and educational activities in line with the EYFS
Observe, assess, and record children’s development while supporting them to reach their full potential
Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, colleagues, and external professionals
Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted requirements
Contribute to staff meetings, training sessions, and parent partnership events
Person Specification for the ideal Nursery Educator-
Hold a Full and Relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and current Ofsted requirements
Experience as a Key Worker, with proven ability to maintain accurate records and child profiles
A genuine passion for early years education, with commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and equal opportunities
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
