“Empowering choice, supporting independence.”
That’s how one of our team describes the difference they make. If you’re kind, compassionate, and ready to help others live life their way, we’d love to hear from you.
A home, not just a service
At our Mid-shires Supported Living service in Arlesey, we support adults with learning disabilities, helping them live a full and independent life. Each of our service users have their own self-contained apartment, which enhances the independent lifestyles they enjoy. Our service users are warm and friendly, often treating staff more like friends. They lead active lives, frequently going out and taking part in a wide range of activities.
Our service is located in the small town of Arlesey. Due to its remote setting, public transport is limited at shift start and end times, so most of our staff choose to drive. The location provides a lovely environment for our six tenants, set within a quiet cul-de-sac while still offering access to local amenities.
