The people we support all have different hobbies and interests too, so we’ll need you to bring creativity and enthusiasm into supporting them to with interests that are important to them, from helping to ensure their hair is just right to going to zumba and line dancing classes.

About You

At Cornerstone, we don't recruit on experience and qualifications; we're more interested in what you as a person will bring to our team! We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need to build your career within the Health & Social Care sector. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too!

All we’ll need you to bring is: -

A caring attitude and approach
Good communication skills
A positive approach to learning
An understanding of the importance of routines and guidelines
Confidence in the use of computers.

Having a full UK manual driving licence would be beneficial but not essential.
