Senior Residential Conveyancer - Sheffield
I am looking to speak experienced residential property lawyers who may be interested in senior level opportunities.
I am working with a regional heavyweight practice who are looking at recruiting an individual to head up and spearhead the development of their conveyancing team in their Sheffield office.
The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for residential property in the Sheffield office and for that reason will have to be able to demonstrate significant experience in dealing with a range of residential conveyancing matters.
The firm has a really strong reputation in property work and is able to attract a steady stream of good quality and interesting work into the department However, part of the role will involve being actively involved with the BD for the team in Sheffield and therefore a strong network locally within property circles would be beneficial.
It is hoped that over time the team will grow further around the person that comes on board. This is therefore potentially a great opportunity for experienced lawyers looking for the next step to progress but not forseeing those opportunities coming up in their current firm.
