Hourly rate: £13–£15.50

Pudsey
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established provider for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a 3-bed children’s home in Pudsey, recently rated Good by Ofsted.
This role would suit either:
• An experienced Deputy Manager seeking a new challenge, or
• An established Team Leader ready to take the next step into management.
Key requirements:
• Previous experience working within a children’s residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards (CQC knowledge would be advantageous).
• Flexibility to work as part of a rota – this is not a standard 9–5 role (although some office-based shifts may be available at the discretion of the Registered Manager).
• A child-centred approach with a commitment to providing safe, supportive, and nurturing care.
