What you will be doing:

Are you passionate about supporting graduates to achieve meaningful career outcomes? This is a strategic and student-facing role, leading the development and delivery of high-quality career guidance and employability support for final-year students and graduates up to five years post-graduation. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing graduate outcomes and supporting the University’s performance in key metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of graduate-focused career services, including transition support for final-year students.
Providing tailored one-to-one career guidance and job search coaching to a caseload of recent graduates and alumni.
Acting as the institutional expert on the HESA Graduate Outcomes Survey, working closely with the Planning and Performance Team to optimise reporting and performance.
Line managing the Graduate Progression Adviser (Intern), providing supervision, coaching, and development support.
Qualifications/ experience:

Level 6 qualification or equivalent experience)
Professional qualification in Careers Guidance (e.g. DipCG, QCG, QCF Level 6).
Substantial experience of delivering career guidance and employability support to diverse student and graduate populations.
