Crynodeb
We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Coventry, CV3 with immediate start.
Shift Pattern
. Night Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM
. Rotating shift schedule:
o Tuesday to Saturday
o Wednesday to Sunday
o Thursday to Monday
. 7 weeks rotation per shift pattern
Pay
. Hourly Rate: £13.76
. Weekend Premium: Additional £2.50 per hour for weekend hours
Key Responsibilities
. Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
. Handling and preparing food products.
. Working in cold environment conditions.
. Using hand scanners.
. Adhering to performance and productivity targets
Requirements
. Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred but not essential.
. Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods.
. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
. Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for long hours.
. Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
