A local law firm are recruiting for a receptionist to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional environment, providing a welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Duties
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring reception is tidy and presentable
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (legal sector experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner and ability to handle enquiries with discretion
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
