The Best Connection Eastbourne is actively recruiting Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to join a trusted haulage partner. If you're seeking stability, flexibility, and the potential for a permanent role, this opportunity is for you. Some heavy lifting will be required for this role.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering and collecting white goods.
- Safely transporting goods and ensuring secure loads.
- Performing vehicle checks and reporting defects.
- Complying with driver hours and working time regulations.
- Representing the company professionally on the road and with customers.
- Some handball and heavy lifting will be required.
(Please note: your role may not be limited to these tasks)
What you'll need & what you'll get
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
- CPC & Digital Tachograph Card.
- Understanding of driver hours and compliance.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
