Are you an experienced 7.5 Tonne driver looking for reliable, ongoing work?
The Best Connection Eastbourne is actively recruiting 7.5 Tonne Drivers to join a trusted manufacturing partner. If you're seeking stability, flexibility, and the potential for a permanent role, this opportunity is for you.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Driving a 7.5T vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Delivering furniture items to customer locations.
- Strapping and securing loads correctly to ensure safe transit.
- Completing paperwork and maintaining accurate delivery records.
- Providing excellent customer service upon delivery.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods (some heavy lifting involved).
(Please note: your role may not be limited to these tasks)
What you'll need & what you'll get
Requirements:
- A valid 7.5T (Category C1) licence.
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
- Previous experience in furniture delivery or similar preferred.
- Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
