Are you an experienced educator with strong behaviour management skills, looking to make a real difference across Coventry Secondary Schools?

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in secondary school teaching or cover supervision.


  • Proven classroom and behaviour management skills.


  • Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups.


  • A confident and positive approach to supporting students of all abilities.


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant classroom experience (Cover Supervisors and Instructors welcome).
