Position Summary
The ERP Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring ERP software, and ensuring seamless integration with existing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business operations and ERP systems, with strong communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document business processes and user requirements
Customize, configure, and implement ERP solutions to meet organizational needs
Provide training and support to end-users during and after implementation
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Stay current with ERP trends, updates, and best practices
Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across all modules

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
Proven experience as an ERP Consultant or similar role
Strong knowledge of [specify ERP system – e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite, etc.]
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Experience with system integrations and data migration
Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing
