About the Company:
This well-established online retail business has an excellent reputation in the fashion industry. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Wholesale Administrator to join their team in Derby.

The Role:
As a Wholesale Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the wholesale function of the business. You’ll work closely with both the sales team and the wholesale/retail departments to ensure accurate order processing, smooth communication with wholesale customers, and effective data management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing wholesale orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Working closely with the sales team to support wholesale customer accounts.
- Maintaining and updating wholesale account information.
- Preparing reports and sales analysis using Excel (including VLOOKUPs).
- Monitoring stock levels and liaising with relevant departments to fulfil orders.
- Using inventory and order management software to track and process orders.
- Handling wholesale customer queries and providing excellent service.
- Supporting the Wholesale Manager and wider team with administrative tasks as required.

- Proven experience as a Wholesale Administrator or Wholesale Admin Assistant within the retail industry (essential).
- Strong experience using inventory and/or order management systems.
- Solid Excel skills, including the ability to confidently use VLOOKUPs (essential).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Own transport (essential).

Full-time permanent position

Monday to Thursday – 08.00 to 16.30
Fridays – 08.00 to 16.00

£26,000 - £28,000 per year + 28 days holiday
