37 hours per week, Term Time Only (plus 8 days)

Scale 5 (Points 12-17)

Actual salary: £24,895 - £27,005 Per annum

This is an exciting time to join the founding team of a brand-new school, Trinity Academy Leeds as it continues to grow and develop. Trinity Academy Leeds opened its doors in September 2021 to 240 students from across the city and has already established a strong culture of excellence where all staff are united under the same shared mission, to enrich and strengthen the life choices and chances of the young people in east Leeds and beyond. Our school is now in its fifth year and currently has 1187 students on roll. We had our first Ofsted inspection in May 2024 and achieved 'outstanding in all areas'.

We are now seeking a Medical Welfare Officer to provide dedicated support to our students. You will undertake a wide range of duties, including the management of medical needs of students, maintaining accurate student medical records and contributing to strategies to ensure student medical needs are not a barrier to learning.

What we need?

• 5 or more GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths
• Experience of working to deadlines and developing systems.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent IT skills
• The ability to organise your own workload, with the ability to meet deadlines
