We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our dynamic team at our L3Z2 - mid location. As a Multi Trader, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our facilities and operations run smoothly by conducting a variety of tasks across different trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to identify issues before they escalate. You will work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship will be essential in maintaining our high operational standards. Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance tasks across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend preventative measures.
Assist in renovation and construction projects by providing skilled trades support as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used for maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members when necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar role with a strong background in multiple trades.
Relevant certifications or vocational training in at least two of the following areas: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various maintenance issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to different sites as required.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work outside of standard hours or on-call as needed to address urgent maintenance issues.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £22.43
Location: Camden, North West London
