Role: EHCP Coordinator
Salary: £275 per day
Job Type: Full time, Temporary, Remote
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting Primary Schools across the council (remotely)
* Phase tranfer reviews and amends
* Attending meetings for EHCP and any other relevant cases
* Draft EHCPs
* Supporting Parents with the EHCP processes
Who We Are Looking For:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years experience within EHCP, SEND and Phase Transfers.
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong case management and problem-solving ability
* Resilience and empathy when working with complex cases
* Proactive team player who values safeguarding and empowerment
