Crynodeb
We are seeking skilled and dedicated domestic plumbers to join our team for an exciting and ongoing project. You will be working on the full plumbing installation for kitchen and bathroom fit-outs in domestic properties across Leeds and the surrounding areas.
The Role:
You will be responsible for all aspects of plumbing in domestic kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects from start to finish. This includes:
- First fix and second fix plumbing for new kitchen and bathroom installations.
- Installation of sanitaryware (toilets, basins, showers, baths).
- Installation of kitchen sinks, washing machine connections, dishwashers, and other appliances.
- Running hot and cold water supplies.
- Waste pipe installation and connections.
- Carrying out minor alterations to existing pipework where necessary.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, meeting relevant building regulations and safety standards.
- Working efficiently to project deadlines.
- Liaising with other trades and site management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a domestic plumber, specifically in kitchen and bathroom fit-outs is essential.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Valid CSCS card within the relevant trade.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and current regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work.
- Strong communication skills.
