Sonia Friedman Productions is seeking applications for a Wigs, Hair & Make-Up Assistant to work on the West End production of "THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST" at the Noël Coward Theatre.
Duties and responsibilities will be those normally expected of a Wigs, Hair and Make-Up Assistant on a first-class West End production.
Skills required include excellent wig setting and dressing, knowledge, and skills of make-up application. Experience in styling of Afro-textured hair and men’s hair styling is desirable.
Previous experience in a similar role on a large-scale production is essential.

Job Location: Noël Coward Theatre, West End
Contract Type: Fixed term until Saturday 10th January 2026, or for the run of the Production, whichever shall be the shorter, subject to two weeks’ notice by the Producer as per the SOLT/BECTU Agreement.
Salary: Weekly rate as per SOLT/BECTU Agreement
Weekly Hours: 6 day working weeks (Monday to Saturday); 8 shows per week plus maintenance and understudy calls.
Application Deadline: Friday, 10th October 2025 at 12pm
