Due to our ongoing growth, we are expanding our Sales Team and are looking for enthusiastic, results-driven individuals to join us as Sales Representative.

Are you a motivated Salesperson with extensive B2B Sales experience?

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our sales team, focusing on outbound calls to prospective customers, getting through to gatekeepers.

Your primary responsibilities will include booking in meetings, hitting key sales KPIs, and identifying energy needs to propose tailored solar solutions.

You will be responsible for nurturing leads, booking meetings, and maintaining customer relationships, helping to drive the continued success of the business.

Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to discuss their energy usage and solar energy needs.
Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Research prospects through LinkedIn.
Identify customer needs through consultative selling and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
Arrange site surveys by gathering essential details and coordinating with the technical team.
Meet and exceed individual KPIs and sales targets in a competitive, challenging environment.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales progress in our CRM system.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar energy solutions and the company's product offerings.

What We are Looking For:

Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, B2B Sales within Solar or relevant industry
Highly motivated, with a passion to achieve targets.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A high degree of self-motivation, resilience, and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Ability to handle customer inquiries with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
