Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day store operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth running of the shop, support staff, and work towards achieving sales targets while upholding our high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Supervise and manage store operations, delegating tasks effectively.
Oversee and update special promotions to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
️ Ensure product pricing is accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with stock keeper for inventory control and order placement within budget.
Work proactively towards sales targets through effective strategies and superior customer service.
✅ Uphold quality, service, and compliance standards across store operations.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail supervision or a similar role preferred.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
⚡ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
️ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexible and reliable with a hands-on approach.
