What You’ll Be Doing

• Craft and present fresh, seasonal menus for weddings, events, and boutique stays

    • Collaborate with venue teams and delight guests with top-tier food

      
      

      • Keep kitchens running smoothly with your skills, organisation, and independence

        
        

        • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, wherever you are

          Who We’re Looking For

          • Experienced Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie with strong fresh-food background

            
            

            • Adaptable, reliable, and confident stepping into new kitchens

              
              

              • Weekend availability and a flexible approach to hours

                
                

                • Valid driving licence + your own wheels (essential for regional travel)
