• Lead adult autismassessmentand ADHDassessment and treatmentservices acrossBerkshire
• Ensure high-quality, efficient service delivery through evidence-based pathways,optimalperformance andensuring flowthrough the pathway
• Work closely with the clinical leads and collaboratewitha range ofstakeholders
• Strategic planning, service development, and performance improvement.
• Collect and analyse demand and capacity data, to inform service delivery,planningand improvement
• Manage and support a motivated,equitableworkforce aligned with Trust values
• Oversee governance, risk management, and service user engagement
• Analyse data to inform operational decisions and service enhancements
• Implement and evaluate audits, and service improvements

The“must haves” for this role:
• Experience in leadership, including managing teams and delivering services that achieve high-quality outcomes for adults
• Experience in leading service improvement initiatives, using performance data and quality assurance processes to drive measurable outcomes
• Experience in operational and strategic planning, including financial planning and managing budgets
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, ensuringequitableservice delivery and supporting staff wellbeing and development.
