Warehouse Operative (FLT)
Location: Stourport-on-Severn
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 4:00pm | Friday, 7:00am - 1:00pm
Pay Rate: ?12.21 per hour
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative with FLT experience to join our team in Stourport-on-Severn. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
. Receiving & Processing: Unpacking, checking, and documenting incoming deliveries; verifying quantities and quality against orders.
. Material Handling: Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment to move stock throughout the warehouse.
. Storage & Inventory: Accurately storing and organising materials, carrying out cycle counts, and supporting stock accuracy.
. Loading & Dispatch: Preparing orders for dispatch, loading vehicles, and ensuring correct documentation is completed.
. Safety & Maintenance: Carrying out equipment checks, maintaining a tidy work environment, and reporting any issues promptly.
. Record Keeping: Updating records and logs within ERP systems to track all material movements.
Requirements:
. Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach preferred).
. Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
. Good understanding of health & safety practices in a warehouse environment.
. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
