If you are organised, supportive and able to work well as part a team being a Porter Dispatch with ISS UK is the right place for you to develop a rewarding career. Our Porter Dispatch play a key role in the site's operations, ensuring they are always running smoothly ensuring an excellent standard of cleanliness and safety. Full-time, 4 days on / 4 days off, working nights week one and Days week two, the shift will be 11.5hrs

The Role
- Integrate into a team, supporting with all aspects of the working environment
- Work to a high standard of general hygiene, maintaining the cleanliness of the site to comply with company and statutory regulations
- Uphold our Health & Safety values, always keeping a secure and safe environment
- Keep in line with our standards of accuracy
- Represent our teams always thinking of Client satisfaction
• Organise and manage staff shifts across portering and helpdesk functions
• Handle incoming calls and service requests professionally
• Dispatch jobs to staff and liaise with other departments
• Prioritise tasks based on urgency and operational needs
• Maintain accurate records and logs of all activities
